This design is reproduced from an A2 poster stuck on the walls all around Paradiso a long time ago. It brings an ode to DJ Jeff Mills, one of the biggest American names in techno music.
Here in pop temple Paradiso, which is a venue in a former church in the heart of Amsterdam, VIP club had its weekly club night on the Friday evenings. It had only been two years since The Wizard produced the best techno track of all times*. The unconvenient date, just after New Year’s Eve celebrations, made it a rather quiet night. Nevertheless Jeff Mills, playing on three turntables and a drum-machine, completely blew off the roof.
